Seagulls "drop" problem !

For those yachtsmen suffering from the seagulls filth on the nice clean decks some "defense" ideas:
1. Spreading of fisherman's net over the yacht, possibly with spikes upward to prevent the landing.
2. Positioning of scarecrow on deck which should swing with the wind.
3. Hanging of dead seagulls above the deck or preferable stuffed similar.
4. Dogs or cats on board may prevent the landing of seagulls.
5. If nothing else helps - jumping on the deck with a broom will do the job...
